On our pick up we had, I believe his name was James (?), very nice. He contacted us upon arrival, was there to meet us at luggage, you have a great representative in him. We will most definitely use your service again in San Jose CA.

We noticed that every time we got back into the stretch limousine, the interior had been cleaned up, the bar was always restocked with fresh ice and the wine and cocktail glasses kept looking like nobody used them even though we used them ALOT! Our friends are Still talking about that night we had in San Jose downtown WEEKS later! We LOVED the Three flat screen monitors as we watched a friend's music video on the way to the clubs in San Jose limo. The strobe lights in the head & tail lights always caused a SCENE wherever we pulled up...SO much fun!

Jim was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely accommodating and cordial. He was great with the kids and also with my daughter, and most of all, VERY professional, keeping an eye on every detail to make the night a memorable one. Not only that, but the kids just loved how you had the bar stocked with soda, and water galore! It was a nice touch, and without fail, every time the kids got back in the limo, the "beverage Bar" was always replenished.
